Overview

LooYarMay connects customers with experts for private consultations. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, when we share it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, account role, profile details, questions, expert responses, consultation preferences, uploaded files, payment status and transaction references, support messages, and security or device logs.

If you sign in with Google, we receive the account information needed for authentication, such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier. We do not access Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts, or other Google product content unless we clearly request additional permission.

If you connect Telegram, we may store your Telegram identifier, username, verification status, and the information needed to create and operate consultation sessions. Payment providers process payment credentials under their own policies; LooYarMay stores transaction and reconciliation information needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, match customers with experts, deliver consultations, process and reconcile payments, send service messages, provide support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or credit decisions.

Sharing and service providers

We share only the information needed with the expert involved in your consultation and with providers that support hosting, databases, file storage, payments, email, Telegram messaging, analytics, and security. Providers may use the information only to deliver those services. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.

Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transport and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide consultations, maintain payment and audit records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where practical.

Your choices and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting contact@looyarmay.com. Some payment, security, dispute, or legal records may need to be retained. You may also revoke Google access from your Google Account settings.
