Request deletion

Email contact@looyarmay.com from the address connected to your LooYarMay account. Include your account name and, if available, the phone number or Google account used to sign in. Do not include your password or one-time codes.

We will verify that you control the account before processing the request. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days and will confirm completion by email.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymize profile details, authentication identifiers, Telegram linkage, questions, uploaded personal files, and other personal data associated with the account where practical.

We may retain limited payment, security, audit, dispute, or fraud-prevention records when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service. Retained records remain access-controlled and are kept only as long as necessary.

Remove Google access

You may also remove LooYarMay access from the third-party connections or security section of your Google Account. Revoking access stops future Google sign-in data sharing but does not by itself delete data already held by LooYarMay; send the deletion request above for that.
